• Cancellations are allowed only before the service term begins.
• Once the service term has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is made prior to the start of the service term.
• No refunds will be issued once the service term has commenced, whether it is a 1-month or 3-month plan.

3. Exceptions

• In exceptional cases where services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a refund or alternative solution will be offered at our discretion.
