1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed only before the service term begins.
Once the service term has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is made prior to the start of the service term.
No refunds will be issued once the service term has commenced, whether it is a 1-month or 3-month plan.
3. Exceptions
In exceptional cases where services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a refund or alternative solution will be offered at our discretion.
